AnalyticScan (the "Service") collects and uses personal information as described below when you sign up as a beta tester. The Service is currently in beta, and this policy may be updated as the product evolves toward general availability.
1. Information we collect
When you join the beta through our Google Form, we collect your email address, the URL of the site you'd like diagnosed, your role (marketer, analyst, developer, or other), and whether you currently use GA4. Details about your current data challenges are optional.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information solely to run the beta program, send free diagnosis reports, and understand demand so we can prioritize the right features.
3. Retention
We retain this information for the duration of the beta program, and delete it promptly once it's no longer needed or upon your request.
4. Code and site analysis data
Public page scripts, DOM information, and any code you connect are processed only for the purpose of running your diagnosis and are not retained afterward.
5. Third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
