The day you inherit a client's GA4, start from the same checklist
AnalyticScan reads one GA4 property against 30 checks and returns a score out of 100, an A–F grade, and the numbers behind every verdict. The pass you used to do by hand, done the same way every time.
Read-only access only · we change nothing in your client's GA4 · every verdict shows the numbers it came from
The four things an agency actually does
Written in the order the work happens, not as a feature list. The last line of each card is what this tool does not do for that job.
1. Inheriting — a GA4 property you did not set up
Without asking the previous owner what they implemented, viewer access alone puts the current state of all 30 checks on one screen. Duplicate collection, undefined key events, conversions that never fire and PII risk are flagged as critical: fail any one of them and the grade stops at C no matter how high the score is — so the first week's priorities are decided for you.
It does not fix the client's GA4 for you. Knowing exactly what is wrong is where this tool stops.
2. Proving — "this was broken before we arrived"
A result carries evidence, not just verdicts: a key event registered but barely collected, an event that has been at zero since some day inside the last 28-day window. It is in a form you can put in front of the client. The score and grade at handover stay on record, so the starting state can still be cited months later.
It does not assign blame. It says what the data looks like now, and nothing about who caused it.
3. Re-checking — after the fix ships
Scan the same property again and it is judged by the same checks with the same weights. The standard does not drift with who is looking or what kind of day they are having, so "we fixed it" becomes a change in the score rather than a claim.
Behavioural data comes from the last 28 days. A score does not jump the morning after a tag fix; it moves as new data fills the window.
4. Repeating — across many clients
A diagnosis is per property. Run the same checklist on every property you hold and get the same shape of result, so onboarding checks and recurring reviews share one format. The full report downloads as a PDF you can hand to the client as-is.
There is no agency console that shows many properties on one screen yet. Today you scan one property at a time.
What "the same standard" means
What an agency needs is not a well-designed report template but a standard that gives the same answer every time. These four numbers are all of it, and all of them are published.
- 30 checks · 6 categories
- Event collection, conversions (key events), parameters and custom definitions, property settings, tagging and data streams, integrations and governance. Every check's title and what it looks at is on a public page.
- Out of 100 · A–F
- Each check carries points: a pass scores 100% of them, a borderline 50%, a fail nothing. Checks that don't apply leave the denominator and the rest is re-normalised to 100, so a non-commerce property is not punished by ecommerce checks.
- 4 critical checks · grade capped at C
- Duplicate event collection (EV-01), key events defined (CV-01), conversions not being collected (CV-02), PII collection risk (PR-04). Fail one and the grade cannot exceed C whatever the total — these are the problems that partial credit elsewhere must not offset.
- 19 automatic · 7 heuristic · 4 manual
- 19 of the 30 are judged from API responses alone. 7 are heuristics we ask a person to confirm, and 4 need a human from the start and appear in the report as a review list. Each check says which it is.
You can look before anyone signs in
Four things you can open right now, before connecting a client account. They are also the faster thing to put on screen in a meeting.

Agency terms are a separate conversation
There is exactly one published price today: the diagnosis, the verdicts and the evidence are free, and the full report with the fix for each finding is ₩1,900 per property. For an agency holding several properties, a separate arrangement is possible.
- There is no agency price list yet — no discount rate, no tiers. Publishing a number we have not decided would be the opposite of what this product sells.
- Tell us how many properties you hold and how you would use it (handover checks, recurring reviews, reports you pass to clients) and we will propose terms against that.
- A person writes the reply. No autoresponder, no drip sequence.
In the inquiry form's message field, say it is an agency inquiry and how many properties you hold. There is no separate agency intake form yet.
Ask about agency termsWhat this page does not claim
This product sells data honesty, so the sales page is held to the same standard. The sentences you usually see elsewhere are absent here on purpose.
- "Cuts audit time by N%" — we have never measured it. When we do, we will publish the number.
- Agency counts, testimonials, client logos — when there are enough to show, we will show them.
- "Finds every problem automatically" — automatic judgement covers 19 checks; the rest assume a person reviews them.
- "We'll fix it for you" — this product only reads GA4. If you need the build or the fix, that is a separate consulting conversation.
- White-label, agency-branded reports, a multi-account console — none of these exist yet. Say so in your inquiry if you need them; demand decides the order we build in.
If you want to run one yourself
Any Google account that can open the GA4 property will do. Viewer access is enough, and we never ask for permission to change a setting.
Start the free scan[Temporary] Google's app review is still in progress, so an account that is not registered as a tester may be blocked at sign-in. If you plan to show this in a meeting, tell us beforehand — registering takes time.

How many you hold, and whether handovers or recurring reviews dominate, changes what we can offer. A short note is enough; a person reads it and replies.
